The first website for F.lli Patti: not a restyling, but the first ever digital presence for a company with thirty years of history in industrial supplies, thermo-hydraulics, and construction in Southern Italy. Built with Carnova, covering information architecture, user interface, strategic copywriting, and complete WordPress development.

For over three decades, F.lli Patti has been a reference point for retailers, installers, and private clients across Southern Italy — thermo-hydraulics, construction, hardware, air conditioning. Thirty years of reputation built on direct relationships, warehouse availability, and sector expertise. Yet in 2026, this solid reality had no online presence whatsoever. No website, no digital showcase. The challenge wasn't to 'refresh' something — it was to build a credible digital presence from scratch for a company that already had immense credibility, but only offline.
Working in synergy with the Carnova agency, the challenge was to transform a complex corporate offer into a clear, authoritative, and accessible browsing experience.
Working with a pre-existing visual identity — the logo was the only available asset — I focused entirely on two things: information architecture and tone of voice. An industrial B2B supplies company faces a specific communication challenge: its value is enormous, but difficult to make visually engaging online. I chose not to try to make it glamorous — I chose to make it clear, authoritative, and reassuring. Like a high-quality corporate brochure, but digital and navigable.
I designed a layout capable of giving breathing room to the company's various macro-sectors, organizing services, equipment, and brands in logical sections. The copywriting was designed to adopt a professional, reassuring, and service-oriented tone of voice, speaking effectively to both the B2B target and the consumer.
The site was developed entirely on the WordPress platform, optimizing content management to allow the company to display its offer in a structured way.
In addition to taking care of the layout of each individual view and perfect mobile responsiveness, I focused attention on conversion paths: quick calls, WhatsApp buttons, and quote request forms are strategically positioned to transform traffic into real commercial contacts.
The result is a digital storefront that reflects thirty years of reputation built offline — with conversion paths (WhatsApp, quote requests, quick calls) designed to turn visits into real business leads.
